Throwback to one of our favorite competitive warmups.

“Head-Shoulders-Color” wasn’t just a game… it was reaction time, focus, and controlled chaos all in one.

Athletes had to process cues, stay locked in, and react on command ➡️ all while competing. We’d mix in different calls to keep them guessing 👀

✅ Improves reaction speed
