🏃 Saturdays at Alameda Open Space
• Registration continues the first two Saturdays of June at 7:00 AM
• Run starts promptly at 7:30 AM
📍 Location changes begin June 20 — check the calendar or schedule for updated locations.

🌿 Sunday Recovery Runs
• 7:30 AM at Alameda Open Space

🏟 Tuesday Track Workouts
• Starting Tuesday, June 30 at 6:30 PM

👟 Thursday Academy Loop Runs
• Thursdays at 6:00 PM
• Informal community meetup runs (no formal coach)
• Fourth Thursday of each month includes our social immediately after the run at Tin Can Alley!

Medal Monday 🏅🔥

Another amazing weekend for our ‪ ‬ runners! 👏

Charlene, Ann, and Amanda completed the Bosque Burque 10K this morning and all placed in their age groups! 🏃‍♀️🏅

We also had a great showing at the Bluewater Canyon Trail Run with Colleen, Carol, Rick, Mary, Rhoda, Kristie, Maria, and KariAnn representing strong on the trails! ⛰️💪

Special congratulations to KariAnn for earning 2nd Place Female Overall 🥈🔥
