Sabrina is also a certified group fitness instructor by the Aerobics and Fitness Associatin of America (AFAA). Sabrina formed Sabrina's Z CREW in November of 2012 and has been expanding her Z CREW since then! In January 2014, Sabrina's Z CREW became Sabrina's Z CREW, LLC!!! Zumba Toning with Sabrina incorprates light weights (3 lbs or less) to promote muscle endurance. We have some weights available for people to borrow on site. Wednesdays at 6pm with Sabrina is Strong Nation (HIIT) classes and yoga mats are needed for this class as we do floor work. We do not have extra yoga mats on site. Suggested attire for all classes is "workout" attire i.e. comfortable clothes and tennis shoes. Single class, 10-class passes and unlimited month passes for virtual only classes or virtual and in-studio classes can be purchased online through our MindBody interface.
