The Senior Wall is a special tradition at Precision Gymnastics, a place where the gymnasts who make it to their senior year leave their names and a lasting piece of themselves behind.

These two have grown so much throughout their gymnastics journeys, and it was so special to have their Xcel teammates there to celebrate this milestone with them. 🥹🤸‍♀️

Our Back Handspring Clinic is back! 💙 This clinic is designed for gymnasts ages 6+ who are ready to work toward learning their first back handspring while building the strength, flexibility, and technique needed to do it safely.

Yesterday, we celebrated a special milestone as our seniors officially signed the Precision Gymnastics Senior Wall.

This tradition honors the athletes who have dedicated years of hard work, perseverance, and passion to our gym. Their signatures will forever be a part of Precision Gymnastics, inspiring the generations of gymnasts who follow in their footsteps.

Whether you’re getting ready for tryouts, looking to improve your tumbling, or wanting to build stronger cheer fundamentals, this workshop is for you!

Join us for a 3-hour Cheer Fundamentals Workshop focused on:

Strong athletes. Even stronger teammates. 💙

At Precision Gymnastics, we believe character is just as important as skills.

Our Level 2 team took on a kindness challenge where each gymnast shared something kind about the teammate behind them. It’s a simple reminder that encouraging one another, celebrating each other’s strengths, and building confidence extends far beyond the gymnastics floor.

Because the best teams don’t just train together, they lift each other up. 🤸‍♀️✨

I had the opportunity to help chaperone our Level 6–10 sleepover, and it was such a fun experience! 💙

It was so much fun getting to spend time with these athletes, playing games, sharing laughs, and watching them make memories together. Nights like these are a great reminder that gymnastics is about so much more than skills. It’s about friendships, teamwork, and creating a community that feels like family.

Thank you to everyone who helped make it such a special night for our PGA Family! 🌙🤸‍♀️✨
