Mindset work. What is that!? It can be all so simple, let me help you.

First, Self Awareness is key 🔑 Ask yourself the hard questions.

❌Are the coaches, teammates and parents around you effecting your overall performance?

Allowing ‘outside noise’ or the fear of messing up in front of people or whatever it may be, has to be recognized first and foremost.

❌Are you blaming the environment around you?
Continue to ask the real questions and seek the real answers within. 💯

In 2023 you can make the shift from this to that! From negative to a positive! From victim to feeling empowered! Owing up to your mistakes and fixing them. It’s all up to you!
Athletes who wants to consistently show up as our best version⁉️Let’s put in the work.
