Sometimes, a busy schedule makes it tough to meet up with your training group or head out to the training grounds. But that doesn’t mean you can’t fit in meaningful training!
A FETCH member challenged me to create an “Urban Training Plan” for those days when time is tight. The following drills and skills can be done in your backyard or a neighborhood park in under 20 minutes—helping you stay on track even with a packed schedule.
Don’t let a lack of time slow you down! Get out and get training.
