The traditional Japanese martial art of Aikido builds flexibility, fitness and focus while uniting your mind, body and spirit. Join Albuquerque Aikikai's Aikido basics class starting Tuesday, April 14.

Scheduling update: Zazen, Iaido and Aikido classes are cancelled for Saturday, Jan. 17. The Katori Shinto-ryu group is having a special seminar that day. Zazen is rescheduled for Saturday, Jan. 24. The dojo is also closed on Monday, Jan. 19 in observation of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
