She’s finishing an incredible year of transformation with her final showing of the season, and she is bringing her best look yet. No contest.

This season has demanded a lot of mental toughness, and Fran has continued to show up, push through, and trust the process.

Up next in our two part is one of our newer athletes, Shannon Sheltra !

Shannon came to us with a goal and a vision of getting out of her comfort zone and stepping on in a sport that is far different than what she’s accustomed to. With a background in MMA, Shannon is very familiar with the grueling grind of working towards a goal and enjoys having a bit of fun in the process!

We have yet to NOT see a smile on Shannon’s face, even as the weeks go by and show day gets closer. She is an example of the ever so popular phrase “Trust the process”, and we couldn’t be more proud of her journey so far.

Let’s all give a big round of applause for IFBB Bikini Pro Melissa McGowan after a wonderful showing at the Galvanized Productions Houston Pro this past weekend!

After a 3 year break from competing, Melissa jumped back into the sport she loves under the guidance of head coach Jojo Ntiforo and brought an improved look and presentation!

Melissa is no stranger to the grind of competition prep and the results of her hard work and tenacity to learn her own style and flow only showcases that ever iconic

Great job repping the team on the pro stage, Melissa! This is just the beginning of a flourishing return to the stage story!
