So I did a thing....It's time for major changes. Welcome to STRIKE OUT! This page will concentrate on calling out Bad Behavior and exposing organizations that allow this to occur!
Our slogan is
Umpires have had enough across the country and they retire, walk away, or take matters into their own hands. There are pages out there dedicated to Umpire Bashing. Someone needs to say enough is enough, and that is what I intend to do, and attempt to do so, on a National Level.
I will also host Vlogs with guests to discuss solutions to this epidemic.

ATTENTION MILITARY VETERANS! I have been asked to bring a Protect The Game training to New Mexico! I have done just that! Feb 9-10 PTG will be in ABQ in partnership with us at 505 Baseball LLC to provide FREE TRAINING to Veterans and/or Family. This will be a Baseball Umpire training however we will have speakers from Behind The Flag for football, NMOA Basketball Assignor, and NMAA softball assignor will be on hand to talk with.

We will be registering all participants for the NMAA and can starts working spring baseball right away.

Knowing coaches’ personalities and what type of coach they are will give you a great opportunity to manage the game efficiently. Sometimes a clear and concise explanation will resolve a situation. Other times a warning may do the trick. Occasionally an official conference is the answer. And once in a while humor may help defuse a confrontation.
