Who I am: My name is Flip Garcia, Owner of MiLEO Solutions. I am a Certified Nutrition Coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and Personal Trainer

. About ME: At my heaviest I was 250 pounds (5/2019). I suffered from obesity, diverticulitis, non-ulcerative colitis, fatty liver, high blood pressure, anxiety, insomnia, lactose intolerant and had my gallbladder removed due to gallstones. I did my due diligence and gave up some bad habits. I lost 15 pounds (235) and then I tried every weight loss "fad" in an attempt to get healthy, with no avail. After 4 visits to the ER in one year and the fear of needing a portion of my large intestine removed, I switched to a whole-food/plant-based, Vegan diet. It was a dramatic change and I managed to lose 35 pounds (200), but I was still lethargic, my symptoms did not improve and I was still not HEALTHY. My weight fluctuated between 200-195 from February-October 2020. On October 15, 2020 I began my health and wellness journey. What I Do: I provide healthy nutrition options for clients looking to achieve optimal health while providing coaching support throughout your journey. I provide coaching, guidance and consultation services for your individual journey to achieve your fitness and weight loss goals by assisting in adopting sustainable healthy habits and proper nutrition. I provide customized meal plans based on your dietary needs and health goals along with customized fitness plans and personal training. By adopting healthy dietary habits anyone can achieve their health and weight loss goals. Your health is my business. What I can do for YOU: I can coach you in achieving your health and weight loss goals. Heart disease, diabetes and obesity are different chronic diseases that continue to plague our country. Nutrition intervention is the single biggest thing that we, as individuals, can control in our lives to actually impact our overall health. Nutrition affects all aspects of our lives. Our activity level, how we feel (physically and mentally), and if your nutrition is not dialed it, it WILL get in the way of seeing the health and fitness results that you want. At MiLEO Solutions I provide customized nutrition and fitness programs for all walks of life and Coach you through your personal health journey.
