Yoga With Kat I teach yoga, sell crystals, and make/sell mala necklaces. I host outdoor yoga events in ABQ! 💚🧘🏽 I also host moon-circle gatherings open for all to join.

I am a yoga instructor at Sabrina’s Z CREW Fitness in Albuquerque NM. I also teach outdoor yoga wherever I can; at the park, on the hiking trail, and even while on a camping-yoga retreat.

I got this lepidolite as a reward for myself for completing all 45 sessions of TMS therapy. TMS or transcranial magnetic stimulation involves the use of magnets to stimulate the centers of the brain involved with happy chemicals like serotonin. This therapy is for people struggling with treatment-resistant depression which is a category I fall into as I have bipolar type 2. The magnets are somewhat painful and you go in for treatment 5 days a week for 5-7 weeks. I’m so grateful I tried TMS even though it was scary. It has helped me lessen my suicidal thinking and also helped with things like negative self-talk. I also may now be able to get off of some of the SSRI medications I’m on, which would be great because there are side effects I suffer with on a daily basis. I’m still exhausted and I’m still bipolar but I think better times are coming this way because I was able to do TMS. I’m proud of myself for going in every day even when I didn’t want to.

Lepidolite is my favorite crystal as it guides you through periods of change. I hope my new lepidolite point guides me away from darker days onto more capable and happy horizons.
