Clients need to see results don’t just magically appear. Often times it’s incorrectly assumed the work in the gym is the primary means to accomplishing our goals. Food is the key to accomplishing any goals you have (strength, size, tone). Get the food under control and the rest will fall into place. The workout is the easiest part!
