Good afternoon,

Just a reiteration of our current parting of ways with Mr. Adam Newby of the UK.

We feel - currently - with the current climate of things and how individual organizations and other Individuals in the UK operate it is imperative that we keep our circle small and easily manageable with as little drama as possible to continuously protect the brand and company name.

Presently, and for the foreseeable future we have no business agreement with Mr. Adam Newby of the UK.

Mr Newby has done some positive things within the JW MMA Athlete Management brand but has other things going on within the combat sport World to which we currently have 0 involvement in.

Good luck to our current roster within the UK, I see so much positivity and growth over there in terms of the Bare Knuckle scene and I wish them well.
