LONDON, England โ€” New Mexico Track & Field alumnus Josh Kerr cemented his place in history Saturday morning, breaking a 27-year-old menโ€™s mile world record with a time of 3:42.66 at the London Diamond League.

Habtom Samuel and Marion Jepngetich are USTFCCCA Regional Track Athletes of the Year and Darren Gauson is the Regional Women's Coach of the Year for the second year in a row!

Habtom Samuel was named Mountain Region Menโ€™s Track Athlete of the Year, Marion Jepngetich was named Mountain Region Womenโ€™s Track Athlete of the Year and Darren Gauson was named Regional Womenโ€™s Coach of the Year as the USTFCCCA announced regional awards for the outdoor track season Thursday.
