You will often see them playing games in NY Both at local fields, and outlaw fields. Side-Dish Paintball is a small 3 man operation. The Three Founding Fathers, ... or Brothers, are paintball enthusiasts, whose love for the sport has grown the more they played the game. Lets call them Cole-Slaw, Pea-Pod, and Onion-Soup. The original/current intent was to create their own home made paint grenades.
They did so, with success. The first batch of beta grenades or "cole-slaw capsules" filled with their special non staining "pea-pod paint" were a huge success, they brought over 30 capsules to the field, and turned the skies black with grenades. The beta capsules were handed out to walk on players for "beta testing" a Huge hit. After several events, the three Side-Dish founders decided to take their squad to the next level. They decided to form a team, and shortly thereafter recruited a fourth member, Meat-Ball. And now as of June 2012 we are taking in another member.
