Girls wrestling is growing quickly. It’s great for their body and their minds

We are working hard to create a different opportunity for girls in our community! We are one of very few clubs who run a girls only practice session in all of Western, NY

Girls wrestling is a growing sport at youth, HS, and collegiate level. Let your daughter learn to be tough, challenge themselves, and face adversity.

Reach out to us with questions or to come try a practice seasion. Help us lay the foundation for girls years down the road.

Last year we decided to try a girls only wrestling night to see the interest in starting a program.

We had over 20 girls come out and take the challenge.

This year we are starting our girls program that will run on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30-6:30.
