Below are the menu options Chef Josh will be preparing for this years special and unique Valentine Dinner.

Beef Tournedos(Tenderloin Medallions) - Served with honey roasted carrots, mashed rutabaga and with topped toasted pistachio pesto.

Potato Crusted Whitefish- Served with grilled asparagus, wild rice and topped with herb butter.

Spinach/Bacon/Goat Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breast- Served with grilled asparagus, mashed rutabaga and topped with pepper country gravy.

Spicy Goat Cheese Zucchini Cannelloni - Served with wild rice and topped with lemon thyme cream sauce.
