Probably one of the most common questions we hear from women.

Truthfully? Most women would benefit MORE from lifting heavier.

Strength training can help:

✔ make everyday life easier
✔ help you feel STRONG instead of small

Food is not “good” or “bad.”
Food does not have morals.
A donut is not going to ruin your progress just like a salad doesn’t magically create it.

What matters most is your overall habits:
✨ consistency
✨ balance
✨ quantity
✨ quality
✨ what you do MOST of the time

Learning how to enjoy life AND take care of your body at the same time is the goal. Not fear. Not guilt. Not “earning” your food.
