Albertville High School Swim Teams established Major Success at the
2025 Aggie Invitational Meet hosted at
Sand Mountain Park.

State Qualifying Time; Team Records Broken;
Highest Team (PRs) of the season

The Albertville High School swim team delivered an outstanding performance at the 2025 Aggie Invitational, with the teams finishing 2nd overall out of 12 teams.

Both the Men’s and Women’s teams showcased significant improvements, achieving a combined 44 personal records (PRs)

The meet was highlighted by remarkable individual swims and relay achievements.
Kai Walker (7th), Andrew Galdamez (Jr.),
Cole Breighner (Sr.) and Christian Sharp (So.) set a new Albertville HS team record in the 400 free relay. Elizabeth Willoughby (Jr.) set a new team record in 500 Freestyle. Karsyn Walker (So.) set a new team record in her 100 Butterfly and 50 Freestyle swims.

In addition to the new records, Karsyn punched her ticket to the state championship meet with an exceptional state qualifying swim in 100 Butterfly, beating the field by almost six seconds, along with shattering her previous time by two seconds.

The Albertville HS Swim Team has one more regular season meet on Monday, November 10th, at Boaz Parks and Rec.

Following the regular season, all state qualifying swimmers will compete at the
State Championship meet in Huntsville, AL, on November 21st & 22nd.

Another great meet for the Albertville High School Swim Team with a 2nd place finish and 36 best times! The Aggies are currently preparing for the North Alabama Championship Meet next weekend, October 25th.

Great job @ the meet on Thursday night! We finished 2nd overall. We had 18 overall best times too! Our next meet is on Sept. 30th.

Congrats to the Albertville High School Swim Team on their 2nd place overall finish on the first meet of the season. The Sand Mountain Invitational was hosted by Albertville High School. We are proud of our Aggie Swimmers. We also had 27 best times. Go Aggies!
