5 keys to a proper deadlift 💪
1. Set feet.
2. Brace core, create tension in hamstrings/glutes.
3. Big breath.
4. Reach down, grab bar/ set grip.
5. Pull up on the bar while simultaneously pushing the floor away with your legs to lockout 🔒
As someone who has never deadlifted less than 500 in competition I felt like I’d share a few tips I think are useful. Hope they can help you out on your next deadlift day.
