Yesterday, the Albertville karate Academy attended the South Alabama Karate Open, hosted by Andalusia Isshinryu! We had a great event, and enjoyed seeing our martial arts friends from all over!

This week is it! For everyone competing in the tournament on Saturday, wear your uniforms this week to practice in. Competition team, wear your competition uniforms.

Testing is also at the end of the month, so lets get that work in!

Okay AKA students, June is a busy month!

We have the South Alabama Karate Open hosted by Andalusia Isshinryu Karate on June 13th and we have kyu belt testing on June 27th!

This week - working on forms, especially geared towards competition. We will also continue to work on point sparring - namely speed and angles.
