D-Fine Fitness

Unfortunately last night the D-Fine Fitness and Row 45 family lost a loved one. Troy Verbitsky went in for what should’ve been routine shoulder surgery and after a series of mishaps and mistakes he lost his hard fought battle.

Troy was retired from NYPD. So being a trainer and row instructor for 17 years was his second career.

Troy’s first love was his family. He was a husband, father and grandfather.

His heart was as big as his arms, and we all know how big those arms were.

Troy was loyal and trustworthy and many people got to call him a friend. I was lucky enough to be one of those people.

We will always love and remember Troy. Now we will do our best to help support his family through this horrible time and beyond.
