✅ Parent & Me Gymnastics (Thursday Evenings) Explore gymnastics equipment and facility at your little one’s own pace. Coaches will recommend advancement into prek classes when they are ready to move up!
🌈 Preschool Gymnastics (Options: Monday or Wednesday Evenings) We have three different levels for prek, all growing fine-gross motor skills creating faster pathways for physical and academic success! Gymnastics skills, equipment, and progression into basic gymnastics events are so fun!
🤸♂️Recreational Gymnastics (Options: Monday or Wednesday Evenings) We have three different levels for our rec classes from learning cartwheels, back walkovers, back handsprings, pullovers, backhip circles on bars, new fun dismounts, turns, routines on beam, and vaulting. We host in-house competitions in the spring for gymnasts that want to compete with kids in their class level for ribbons and podium action!
💪Ninja Warrior Classes (Options: Monday or Wednesday Evenings) We have some fun new curriculum for our ninjas! These kids learn mental and physical skills on when to slow down and when to speed up for an obstacle approach. Ninjas will receive certain color wrist bands when a skilled obstacle or run is complete. The next skill level “yellow” will be up for grabs and started! Competitions will be scheduled for those kids wanting to show their family and friends this unique sport!
📣Sideline Youth Cheerleading: (Wednesday Evenings)
ALGC Youth Cheerleading is an exciting cheerleading program for kids that love to learn cheers, stunting, and routines! Cheerleaders perform at numerous sporting events such as football and basketball for Albert Lea, Glenville, and Alden. Sideline cheering is a memory held not just for our youth cheerleaders with the lights, music, action and sound, but it also draws our community together for parents to enjoy! Other events such as showcases are also entertaining for these girls! We work side-by-side with local school districts for a family and mentor relationship!
💙❤️🎉Competition Youth Cheerleading (Tues/Thurs Evenings-starting last week of October) Cheerleaders that love the sport, the feeling of community and at least 7 yrs old, will have an option to try out for our competition cheer class on August 12th! They will be coached for the 2027 MCCA State Cheerleading Competition including tumbling! Cheerleaders can do both sideline and competition cheer with this class!
🏆Preteam & Competition Team Gymnastics
This program is for advanced gymnasts invited from our recreational and even prek programs to build skills to compete in the Midwest Amateur Gymnastics Association. Gymnasts are prepared for competition and develop higher leveled skills each year to compete on teams and individually. If your gymnast has interest in competing, we will help them achieve this rewarding option!
We have some talented new coaches joining our team, and can't wait to introduce them!👏
