So the hard working fella standing over my right shoulder just finished his “dry run” of show day and day before show day to see what he’s going to look like on stage in October. No pics of “blank” days out and all that jazz just working hard towards his goals and hoping to show out the day of the show. I have seen a lot of hard work over the years by men and women in the gym and in preparation to compete so I understand what it takes especially being a past competitor as well. Germans worked as hard as anyone I’ve known, including myself, that’s been serious about doing their best and wanting to win so for that commitment alone I have to commend him for his efforts and dedication. He’s where he needs to be to win and do his very best and tomorrow will tell us what his final days leading up to the show will look like as far as nutrition, water etc. which was the purpose of the dry run this week. I’m very proud to have been a part of his first competition and look forward to helping him in the years to come if he desires to compete again. I’m also thankful for him trusting the process and being so easy to coach in preparation for the show, it makes it so much easier to achieve the goal when you trust the process. I can’t wait to share the outcome, post show pics, and results for this hard working young man. Way to go German!
