After 12+ years and millions in volume with TD Bank in excellent standing, my accounts were restricted
without warning or detailed notice — apparently tied to operating a state and federally licensed fi****ms retail business.

Result? All pending ACHs cancelled: ADP payroll for my team, insurance payments, vendor bills, and customer sales deposits.

I spent the entire morning at our local Central Ave branch and still have not been able to get our cash out, release Friday's ADP payroll payments, insurance and vendor payments, or even let the prior days’ sales deposits post.

This isn’t abstract — it directly affects my team’s pay, my obligations, and my ability to operate a lawful business.

The money in the account belongs to me and my business, and it is eye opening and a bit scary that a bank can just refuse to give you your money.

I’m working with the National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF) (highly recommend their retailer resources at nssf.org if you’re in the industry) on guidance.
NSSF—The Firearm Industry Trade Association — I will be reaching out as I see that you are currently working to support other gun shops who have been debanked by TD Bank. You can add us to the list.

We will also be filing official complaints with the OCC, CFPB, and NY DFS.

2A community and small business owners: Beware of TD Bank. After a dozen-plus years and millions in business, our account has been frozen due to their apparent stance on constitutionally protected activities.

This has been an incredibly tragic and sad day in America. This morning we were already sad and wanted to help put up a mural in the Capital Region to honor and raise awareness for Iryna, who was senselessly murdered by a career criminal. Now, the late, great, Charlie's words echo even louder.

If you have a suitable building, high visibility, high traffic, we want to help you put up amazing art with a deeper purpose. We will cover the permits and the perfect artist. DM us with your location and we will start working to making it happen!

Putting the final touches on the fundraiser for Watervliet PD's Sgt. Prignon, his wife, Marissa, and their three children.

The question is would you rather have a 1 in 20 odds of winning with a $100 ticket or lower odds with a cheaper ticket say $20 or $50.

The goal here is to turn a $1800 MSRP firearm into something a little more than that for Corey.

A very dear friend, Marine, and dedicated public servant has lost his home and all his physical possessions in a fire.
