“I started the veterans class shortly after hip surgery just to give it a shot. I was extremely skeptical and had honestly given up on the idea of being strong again. I was only trying to do the minimum without hurting my hip, and I was worried I would make things worse.
That once a week turned into five days a week because I completely fell in love with it. The coaches are incredible at teaching, paying attention, and knowing when something doesn’t look right for your body. Instead of telling you to sit out, they find another way to challenge you.
This gym has completely changed how I look at fitness. It is not just about working out. It is about building strength, mobility, and long term function. I truly never expected to feel this strong or confident in my movements again and I owe that to this gym and the incredible coaches here.” - Alyssa 💪🏻

We’ve been partnering with the Albany County Veterans Service Bureau since 2023 to bring free classes to Veterans and their support people!😍
Thanks to ACVSB, we are able to offer a free strength and conditioning class every week, giving Veterans and their family/friends the opportunity to get into community, and do something beneficial for the body, and mind.
Many veterans, like Alyssa, that start with this free class, find that they want to come back for more, returning for weekly classes as well as signing up for our regular gym memberships. 🙌🏻💪🏿
Beginning January 9th, we will be hosting our weekly classes on Fridays @ 6:15pm. If you’re a Veteran, mark your calendar with a weekly recurring appointment ! If you know a Veteran, send them this information ASAP!🤗
