Serrago's Swimmers Swim Lessons for All! Learn to swim for newborns to retirees! All Ages Grandkids to Grandparents I work with all levels of experience.

I am a former NCAA Division I swimmer with 20+ years of experience coaching the sport. With my experience I individually train triathletes on the swim portion of their race. My training focuses on drills and instruction to improve stroke technique and overall fitness. My approach will help you become a more efficient swimmer in the pool and in the open water; your swim times will improve while at

the same time you will conserve valuable energy to better complete the bike and run portion of your event. I have flexible scheduling and can provide pool time. Now is the time to start training. If you are interested in scheduling a lesson please message me for more details!

🏊Free Learn-to-Swim Lessons at Saratoga Spa State Park

Saratoga Spa State Park is accepting participants for its free 2026 Learn-to-Swim program at the Peerless Pool. Participants must be 5 to 10-years-old. Classes are limited to 50 participants per time slot.

➡️Session 1: July 6 to July 16: Monday to Thursday, 8am to 9am or 9am to 10am
➡️Session 2: July 20 to July 30: Monday to Thursday, 8am to 9am or 9am to 10am

Community swimming at the Albany High pool is canceled for Tuesday, May 26, and Thursday, May 28.

Community swimming will resume on Tuesday, June 2.
