Our *staffed* hours are changing starting 8/8! (24 hour access will not be effected)

Monday through Friday 6am - 7pm
Saturday & Sunday 8am - 12pm

If you plan on coming to the gym outside of these hours, make sure you have 24/7 access!

We are currently having an issue connecting our cardio equipment to Spectrum TV. There are other streaming options and YouTube available on all cardio equipment! You will need your personal log in information for the streaming services, and you will be automatically signed out when you end your workout!

If you are participating in the Workforce Challenge under Team Albany Med - the Fitness Center will be handing out t-shirts and bibs May 17 - May 19!
You can also pick up your items at the Albany Med tent at the Plaza from 4-6pm before the race!

The Workforce Challenge is fast approaching! Andy is still doing his training sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays 12:15pm and 5:15pm! All levels of fitness are welcome. Call, email, or stop in to the gym if you'd like to sign up!

Complement your training with Yoga every Friday in April in the BE lobby of the hospital 11:30, 12, and 12:30! No need to register. If you're free, come relax for a 20 minute session!

👏👏BIG congrats to Jesse for being the first member to complete the Winter Challenge! Jesse rowed over 30,000 meters, climbed the equivalent of the Empire State Building twice, and completed countless squats, push ups, and lunges! He did it in about a month too!🎉😲 Not an easy task!

There's still time for you to complete the challenge! If you'd like one of these Albany Med Fitness shirts, you have until March 17th to fill out the challenge sheet!
