Get Fit Stay Fit Our program strives to give participants the knowledge needed to get fit and stay fit, and we encourage them to have fun in the process.

Get Fit Stay Fit creates an atmosphere and learning environment for health and wellness. Local organizations join in on this health and wellness effort by discussing diabetes, nutrition, kidney health, heart health, etc. Our workouts are a group effort, and you can work out at your own pace if you choose. From Zumba to aerobics, kickboxing, strength training, etc. you never know what to expect in

our inventive, high energy, motivational group workouts, but you can expect to have fun working your way to a healthy and happy you! It's free and open to the public. What are you waiting for? Join us so you can Get Fit and Stay Fit!
