We also offer yoga and weekly CrossFit classes for kids and teens. We believe that CrossFit is for everyone, no matter your age or athletic ability. Many people think CrossFit is only for those who are already in shape, but CrossFit is a proven program to help you get in shape. Each workout can be scaled to each individual’s level and ability. New to CrossFit? Our on-ramp class is the perfect introduction to CrossFit for beginners. We’ll teach you the movements and proper form alongside others who are just starting their fitness journey. BRING A FRIEND WEEK
The first is here! Members — feel free to bring a friend with you to any and all classes this week to try out ! Everything will be scaled for our beginners for all abilities and all bodies, so make sure you remind that friend, co-worker, or family member that they don’t need to come with any skills ahead of time to participate. To make sure things run smoothly, try to bring your friend 5-10 minutes early to class to sign waivers and show them around the facility. Also, don’t forget we have a nice video showing off the space in our first pinned post on our ig page, so encourage friends to follow our page to get to know about our community a bit more 📱

Thank you all for coming out for an awesome, fun night at our Holiday Party. We enjoyed all of the laughs and great times not just on this night, but during all of 2025. While there was so much excitement and growth in 2025, especially with all of the well-deserved hype of the being in , what truly is worth the hype is all of the growth our showed. We’ve learned together, joked together, and grown together so much in a year! With that, we’ve gotta know:

A - The amazing people and community
Q - How has CrossFit positively impacted your life thus far?
A - Having more energy, confidence, and a better mindset. A downside is friends always asking to help them move 😅
Q - Looking back to when you started CrossFit to now, what has been your proudest moment?
A - Proudest moment was either getting my first muscle up or first time doing Murph.
Q - What is a CrossFit skill you still hope to accomplish?
A - Handstand walks.
Q - If you could create the perfect WOD, what would it look like?
A - Perfect WOD would consist of rowing, cleans, muscle ups, and a lot of rest.

✨ The Coach’s Takeover Continues✨
As we all dive head first into the holiday season we’re also running into the gym for coach and co-owner Chad’s programming! While Coach Chad may be pushing curling stones on the regular when he’s not lifting with us, his theme is all about pressing. You can expect to see some workouts that you can repeat in the future to see your growth with us, such as Betty, and leave us with a pretty sick pump, if I do say so myself 💪🏽 Make sure you come on in and catch a class with us in between all of the Friendsgiving celebrations you plan on attending 🦃

❤️ LIFT WITH YOUR HEART ❤️ Lift-Off 🏋️🏋️‍♀️
One of our amazing members, Karl, is working with us, , and The CWK Homes Team to host a one-of-a-kind fitness fundraising event open to ALL fitness levels to raise money for the American Heart Association on November 1st. All details can be found in the attached photo, via the QR code, and at the link via our linktree (check under the bio). The link will send you to a schedule of the events, as well as the events of the day so there are no surprises, and where you can sign up. Events were created in a way that allows even beginners to compete in a low pressure environment with the purpose of raising money for this important cause.

✨Don’t wait to sign up! This event is limited to 10 men and 10 women, but spectators are encouraged to attend to cheer on everyone and help us raise money.

✨Want to get involved without competing? We’re looking for volunteers! Shoot us a message so we can connect you to Karl if you’re interested in volunteering to help us pull this off.

We are dedicated to your health and wellness at Crossfit Beyond, and one way that we uphold that promise is by ensuring all of our coaching staff is given CPR and AED training. While online training may be quick and easy to obtain, nothing beats hands-on practice that is observed by an instructor to make sure we’re doing all we can to keep our community safe.
Shoutout to our instructor for coming back to train us every 2 years and for doing all of the extras like checking out our AED to make sure everything is in place and not expired 🫶🏽 And Shoutout to our amazing coaches for seeing the value in this training and always showing up!

✨October Member Spotlight✨
Did you know we offer personal training sessions at CFB!? Well, we do, and these athletes show up just as hard as every other member, but with a personalized focus on individualized goals and health in mind. Our October Member Spotlight goes to Frank, one of our personal trained members! Let’s learn more about him below.

Q- How long have you been working out at CrossFit Beyond?
A- 2 years and 1 month.
Q- What brought you into CrossFit Beyond?
A- I started going to CFB for 2 reasons.  One was that my wife passed away after a brief illness and I realized that I had to take better care of myself so that I would be around for my two children.  I had to do everything possible and in my power to make sure I was there for them.   Number 2 was that my son’s college baseball coach wanted him to bulk up to strengthen his hitting and I felt that if I went with him to the gym he would show up more consistently, and he did.  He went back to school and I kept showing up.
Q - If you could create a perfect workout, what would it be?
A- A perfect workout would be if my body would allow me to do the exercises that folks do every day. The core workout components that are standard for folks; box jumps, rope climbing and muscle ups.  But for me the perfect workout is to be able to show up consistently and regularly and put in the best workout possible.  Also, lots of ring rows!
Q- How has CrossFit positively impacted your life?
A- You name it; weight loss, better stamina than I’ve had in 20 years, eagerness to actually show up and workout, and a positive outlook on how to better take care of myself physically and mentally.
Q- What keeps you coming back to CrossFit Beyond?
A- Pretty much all of the above, but most of all, it is a place that is welcoming, not judgmental, encouraging and even pushes me beyond what I think I can do.  Also, there are even moments of levity.
Q- What gym goals do you have?
A- Continue to show up.  Work harder. Keep positive. Push my body harder and farther.  Climb a rope!
Q- What is your favorite fall activity?
A- That’s easy, go to as many Bills Games as possible!
