On Friday, June 20th, Albany HS hosted the Six Rivers Girls/Boys Basketball All-Star Games. It was a great night of basketball & giving for the family of Emberly Krahenbuhl. Through the kindness of many we were able to raise $4,302.00 that will go directly to the Krahenbuhl Family as they continue to help Emberly defeat Leukemia.
Thank you to the all-star players & coaches for participating in the all-star event.
Thank you to Mike/ Lisa Flanagan for co-chairing the event and their continued leadership of basketball in southern Wisconsin.
A special thanks to the Albany workers that volunteered their time with admissions, concessions, & at the scorers table.
A special thank you goes out to officials for the night for volunteering their time and the Stateline Officials Association for their kind donation towards the event. (Mike Pfeil, Jon Hegge, & Mark Peterson)
A HUGE thank you goes to RBS Activewear for their continued support of this event and the Krahenbuhl Family by donating ALL of the shirts for the event.
The results of the game included the East girls defeating the West girls 56-43, the West boys defeating the East boys 104-62 & the East co-ed team for defeating the West in the "3" point shoot-out.
It was a great night to make a difference & nobody does it better than the SIX RIVERS CONFERENCE!
