I turned my music down just a little bit so I could work on my breath work more today. I think I might dedicate Thursday's to breathwork focused runs which is hard because I like my music up loud. I got inspired hearing speak on The Run Smarter Podcast .

I see some signs of bruising on both my 2nd toes from running the marathon.

It makes me wonder about what type of bruising could have happened on the inside of my body that I can't see.

Its a great reminder to me of how important is in the healing process.

Tomorrow's marathon literally starts right outside our hotel.

You can follow me running virtually on their participant tracker. I'm not trying to set any record. I'm just going along for the ride and fantastic sites on the route. Wish me luck!

p.s. If you ever want to do this race, stay at the Harbor Court Hotel like I did. DON'T WORRY... I'll be making a video of how the race went, with training and travel saving tips just like I did for past races.
