Youth: [email protected] The Albany Knickerbockers Rugby Football Club was established in 1973. In 2000, the Knicks began fielding a Women's team. We have been one of the most successful clubs in the Northeast, winning numerous league and tournament championships. We currently play in the NERFU Men's Divi

sions II and III and Women's Division II. Now the club competes with a Men's+ side, a Women's+ side, and an Old Boys (35 and over) side. Always recruiting new players, men+ and women+ 18+, no experience necessary (the + means we welcome all gender expressions on our club).

Women’s+ 7s Practices will be held at Dick Green Field, 205 McCarty Ave. Albany, NY
- Tuesdays: 5:30–7:30 PM
- Wednesdays: 6:00–8:00 PM

All are welcome — no experience necessary!
