Albany FitWalkers Walking; Fitness We strive for fun, fitness and friendship. We sponsor multiple walks in the Willamette Valley and the central and south coast of Oregon.

The Albany Fitwalkers are primarily a walking club - a Pacific Northwest chapter of the American Volkssport Association, better known as the AVA. We are one of over 300 walking clubs that organize more than 3,000 walking events on behalf of the AVA, and all of these events are open to the public. Plus, we walk many other walks sponsored by other AV clubs. Most event walks are family friendly activ

ities, accessible by strollers or wheelchairs and open to pets. We do many group walks but all walks are open to individuals. Everyone participates at their own pace.
