A lot of goals come from simple miscommunication. Call early to stop the panic before it starts. Keep your words short and clear—shouting “Keeper!” or “Away!” can make all the difference.

If a mistake happens, don’t ignore it—sort it out straight after. And don’t wait for trouble to speak up. Talk constantly, build trust, and keep your back line sharp. Communication isn’t just for emergencies—it’s a habit every great keeper masters.

Hey Everyone! If you are a 2024 Graduating Goalkeeper and have not yet committed to a school in the fall, please reach out to me via PM. I am aware of several schools that need Keepers for Fall 2024. I have always said, just be the best Goalkeeper you possibly can be, the rest will fall into place. Sometimes, getting to play in college is situational on what the school needs. Here are a couple of those situations. Let me know if interested.

Just 4 Keepers - New York! Crushing it at the Section 2 Allstar Banquet!! Let's give some shout-outs to The J4K Goalkeepers for section 2 Boys! Pictured left to right, Eric Thurn, Niskayuna; 3rd Team Allstar for Suburban Council (The largest schools) and Class AA nominee for GK of the year! Then there's J4K -NY State Director, Coach Prince Knight next, Ayden Grieve, Glens Falls; 1st Team Allstar for the Foothills conference and Class A GK of the year! And Kole Wayman, Cobleskill; 1st Team Allstar for Colonial Council, Class B GK of the year, AND All New York State Team!!! Very Proud of these boys! They have worked super hard since they were 9 and 10 years old and the accolades are just beginning!!!
