Chilly morning ride but loved every second. Just under 8 miles of sunshine. I wanted to stay home and drink coffee but was so happy I didn’t! Never stop getting outside …no excuses.

Working on my dip on the jerk and some shoulder mobility issues. But I hit my goal of running 10 miles for the week!

Visiting gyms is one of my favorite things. Meet like minded people, get a taste of different coaching techniques, stay on a schedule even when out of town! Thank you for a couple great workouts. See you again soon!

Don’t forget to come visit when you’re over the mountain next.

Recently took a 10 day vaca in Hawaii. I swam everyday, hiked, surfed, snorkeled, ran a few times, wore a bathing suit everyday. 🏄‍♀️ Enjoyed God’s beauty in this amazing place! .
Made me appreciate my time being an athlete and keeping fitness a priority. I didn’t have to sit on the sidelines and watch my family do things without me, I was able to try new things and have confidence..
Choosing to live an active life doesn’t have to be for a number on a scale or to prove anything. What activities do you want to try? Are there things you feel you’re missing out on? .
Find your motivation and make a change. Adventure awaits!!

Finished a few weeks ago but according to the challenge I failed. The only thing I made it through the 75 days with was no drinking. All the other items ended around day 68-70.

BUT…I did win. I lost 12 pounds, didn’t eat gluten for over 2 months, refocused my goals and prioritize the things that keep me healthy and not lost in work. I wish my before and after photo was more appropriate so I could share!

Trying to ignore cravings and finding the motivation to eat in general I’d say has been the hardest part. But I will say, all these workouts are amazing. I haven’t been this active with my family for years. Took our daughter on her first downhill mountain biking trail yesterday! 🚲 Oh and I’ve lost 10lbs…all things considered, this challenge is the 💣
