Omni Fitness Center is hosting an Open House February 12th-17th at 54 State Street, Albany.

Attendees will enjoy free access to Omni Fitness Center, including a variety of group fitness classes, educational seminars and info sessions.

Group classes include: Yoga, High-Intensity Interval Training, Core Conditioning, and Performance Training led by Akua Twum, Jill E. Konopka, and Bryan Nunziato

Golf season is right around the corner, and there is no better time than now to improve your golf performance. Join Titleist Performance Institute Certified Professionals, Jeff Miller and Bryan Nunziato for an information session about our new 12 week Golf Fitness Program!
