Made it home from bracket finals , neceseties unloaded & a HOT shower ! Was a pretty good weekend. Friday gamblers race went -.004 red second round of sportsman but made it to the early split in mod class. Saturdays main event , missed the tree & took a little to much stripe in first round of mod. Was able to regroup and make my way to the sportsman final where I turned it -.004 red & had to settle for runner up. Chanceler Baldauf was able to go a few rounds Friday & Saturday in his first bracket finals. Team Muncie Dragway kicked butt and won the team championship ! I want to thank Muncie Dragway for all that you do for us racers & your support ! It was obvious that we had the best team mascot as Chanceler put on a show as the team mascot ! Shout out to Rich Mcelwain for getting in and making the most of it by getting down to 3 cars in sportsman ! Great job Rich ! Want to thank all of team Muncie for their support & encouragement ! Sorry I couldn’t seal the deal. Was a fun weekend of hanging out with the Muncie team ! Also want to thank Ken Laker for always sharing his good advice & tips ! Muncie Dragway owners , staff & racers are truly the best ! Made a few adjustments to both cars last week and it paid off as both cars were great all weekend. Made it to the track on Thursday with a trailer tire starting to split apart. Put the spare on for the trip home but it only made it half way before blowing so had to put the bad tire back on and was able to make it home. Thanks to Kyle Hall for the help & for getting us pit spots ! ALL of TEAM MUNCIE ROCKS !
