We are excited to officially welcome Director Lashondra D. Harris as the new Director of Spirit, Cheer & Dance for East International!

Lashondra will lead our Spirit, Cheer & Dance program with a focus on confidence, discipline, skill development, teamwork, leadership, and pride.

We believe in putting the right people in the right positions to help our young people grow, and we are excited about what she will bring to our organization and our community.

What a blessing! 🙏🏾⚾

We just want to take a moment to recognize some of the people behind the scenes who continue to help make things possible in our community.

A huge THANK YOU to the City Facilities Grounds Crew and everyone who has put in the work to help us prepare for opportunities like this. People like Don Gray, Steve Belk, our Utility crews and linemen, and the entire grounds crew your work does not go unnoticed or unappreciated.

There is no way this could have been done without you guys. When people see the finished product, they don't always see the early mornings, equipment, manpower, preparation, maintenance, and teamwork that went into making it happen.

This is a GREAT opportunity for East Albany, and we're excited about what we're continuing to build right here in our own community. Partnerships matter. Relationships matter. And when everybody does their part, the COMMUNITY wins!

And we're not stopping here! 👀⚾

East International will soon be looking for FALL BALL BASEBALL PLAYERS! Boys and girls, families and coaches STAY TUNED! More information is coming soon.

Today’s Back-to-School event was a tremendous success! It was inspiring to see our community come together to support students and families as they prepare for the new school year. Partnering with DBC and other incredible community organizations made this event possible, and we’re grateful for everyone who contributed their time, resources, and dedication. Together, we’re making a meaningful difference and helping set our students up for a successful school year. Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make today such an amazing event!

💜A Heartfelt Thank You!🐴

On behalf of everyone at East International, we would like to extend our deepest gratitude to Greater Glory Equine – Jackie Smith Ministries for taking the time to bless our campers with such an incredible experience.

Bringing one of your beautiful horses to our summer camp gave our children a unique opportunity to learn about horses up close, ask questions, and experience something many of them had never seen before. The excitement, smiles, and laughter on their faces said it all!

Your willingness to invest your time, knowledge, and love into our youth made a lasting impact, and we are truly grateful for your partnership and servant's heart.

Thank you for helping us create unforgettable memories and for showing our campers that learning can happen in so many amazing ways.

Our campers had the opportunity to visit the Resora today, and what an amazing experience it was! 🌱🌳🍎

They learned about how different crops, trees, and a variety of fruits are planted and grown. It was a fun, hands-on educational experience that helped them gain a greater appreciation for agriculture, nature, and the hard work that goes into growing the food we enjoy every day.

A big thank you to the team at Resora for making this visit so informative and memorable for our campers! 💚
