Due to the rapid growth of Mommy Maid and my current limited capacity as a solo operator, I am forced to temporarily cancel my class until further notice. I am optimistic about the prospects of my business but need to ensure that I can maintain quality service. I expect to resume the class in 3-4 months after expanding my team and completing their training.

You know what time it is!! COACH K is in the house starting May 19th!!! Monday and Thursdays 7pm!

This is a HIP HOP class. Pre-warning lots of booties will be shook. 😆 🤣 Even if you dont have one, come we will build you one!! 💪

All of our members are able to attend the classes at no cost. The public is welcome to join a class, but they do have to purchase a day pass to the gym in order to attend the class, but it also gives them free rain to the gym before or after for 24 hours. Our day passes are $10 and can be purchased online. You can get the day pass by going to our website www.boomfitness.net. Enter by scanning the QR code that is posted at the front door.

It's getting close yall!!! I will be starting to workout this week, to build my cardio back up because I'm not going to lie, it's been a minute since I've been in the gym, lol but it's time to change my lifestyle all around. So what better way than adding the gym back to my nightly routine. ❤️ 💪 ONCE I GET MY CARDIO UP MY CLASSES START!!!
