My certifications are through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (a highly accredited company). My passion for fitness and living a healthy lifestyle began in 2020 when I had a skiing accident that ended in me tearing my ACL and meniscus. After ACL reconstruction, the year of rehab I had to endure completely changed my outlook toward fitness; it ignited a fire inside me. I refer to the gym as
my happy place. I take an integrated approach to training. This means all aspects of fitness (flexibility, balance, core, plyometrics, agility, resistance, and cardio) are programmed into the individualized programs that I create. I assess each client to determine overactive and under active muscles and program workouts with the information obtained from those assessments.
