Monday: Regular schedule

Tuesday: Regular schedule

Wednesday: No Little's, Kid's, or Teens. Adults class held as scheduled. *Teens may attend Adult's class!

Thursday: No Little's, Kid's, or Teens. Adults class held as scheduled. *Teens may attend Adult's class!

Our Little's (4-6 year olds) have been working hard on their grappling skills! They had a chance over the last two days to put the skills they have learned into practice with some live rounds. They had lots of fun!
