Fridays at 5:30pm we now have an Adult's NoGi Fundamentals class! This is a beginner friendly drilling class that focuses on the building blocks to excel at grappling. Open Mat will directly follow this class.

Attention!

Had some car trouble on the way back from Albuquerque, everything is taken care of now but we will not make it back to town in time for class tonight. So the gym will be CLOSED. Normal schedule resumes tomorrow!
