So don't miss out!

Bring your mat, waterbottle, cash donation in an amount of your choosing, and a friend!

All proceeds go to support our friends at Dogbreath Express and Southgate Sanctuary.

And yes...our furry special guests will be in attendance🐶🐶

It's called your yoga PRACTICE. Not your yoga PERFECT🫶🏻

On your mat, the goal is to be present, move your body, and breathe deeply. There are zero expectations for how you choose to show up, simply come as you are. 🧘🏽🧘🏻‍♂️

We have classes every day this week, giving you plenty of opportunities to build your practice. Follow the link in our bio to see our schedule and reserve your spot now!

Can you believe there are only TWO Yoga in the Yards left this season?!?

We definitely can't. But we hope to see you this Saturday at 575 Brewing Co. for a one hour All Levels Flow and hang out after.

Unfortunately, our furry friends can't make it this week, but we are still happy to show them love and support. We'll be collecting cash donations and 100% of it goes to Dogbreath Express and Southgate Sanctuary.

We are so proud of the time and dedication these three have put in to complete their yoga teacher training. Congratulations!!!✨️🎉

And a big thank you to everyone who came out to support them today as they taught their first classes.

It was wonderful to see so many familiar and new faces in the studio, celebrating our love for yoga together.🫶🏻

This Saturday we will be hosting Yoga in the Yard at 575 Brewing Co. and we'd LOVE for you to join us.

This is a cash donation based event in an amount of your choosing to support our friends at Dogbreath Express 🐶 and Southgate Sanctuary 🐷

We will begin our All Levels Flow at 1030 (don't worry our furry friends will be joining us again!) and after the brewery is kind enough to open a bit early for us to enjoy some food, drinks, and connection.

Bring your yoga mat, water, and a friend! We'll see you Saturday 😊
