Diane set world records in the 100-meter and 200-meter dashes for the 100-104 age group, and if that wasn’t impressive enough, she also broke the American record for the javelin in the same category! 🎯 In the 100-meter dash, she clocked in at an incredible 36.71 seconds, beating the previous record by nearly 3 seconds! Hosting a hike on thanksgiving day. If you would like to come comment below!

We will be meeting at the Rock Spring Trailhead. The hike will start at 9am take about 2 hours with just about 4 3/4 miles and an elevation gain of under 1000 feet. Dogs are welcome but may need to be leashed on some parts of the trail.

I am asking for a donation to Save Mt Diablo whose hard work protects it from over development and resource extraction. You can donate here or bring cash to the event and I will send you the receipt they give me for the group donation.
