The entire BJJ community is in LUTO.
Thanks for all you done for our art .
You were a star and we had a privilege to have you compete and win in our local Bay Area Jiu-Jitsu championships .

Man I did not seen this one coming .
The world will miss this star .
This is a devastation really .
I still remember until this day when I saw Leandro Lo coming to our tournament and asking me to fight at the advance NoGi division.
It was so cool to have him battling our local Jiu-Jitsu competitors .
I remember that at one point one for the competitors who was a wrestler ended up taking Leandro Lo down and everyone went crazy cheering to find out that the wrestler was stuck on triangle and was about to tap .
Yesterday after an argument about a bottle that was on top of a table in a concert in Sao Paulo-Brazil .
Leandro went ahead and held the off duty cop down and told him to chill out .
After the argument the off duty cop took out a gun and discharge Leandro in the head not given a chance to survive .
What a terrible day for jiu-Jitsu .
We will miss this amazing competitor Brighting up our mats with his amazing skill and unpredictable moves .
Rest in piece champ !

Our entire Jiu-Jitsu community is today in Luto for the loss of this amazing Champion!!
Nikko Jackson son of Eugene Jackson (former ufc fighter )was and is always going to be one of the best fighter that Bay Area Jiu-Jitsu championships and Jiu-Jitsu by the Bay ever met .
It’s with sadness to know about this news .
We are sorry and today we will pray for his warrior spirit and your family my friend .
We will miss his talent on the mats and his humility off the mats .
The guy was a savage and walk like a normal human .
I remember our last conversation talking about you and his brother and how crazy was to get to the tournament that morning due of traffic .
Man I’m completely speechless and very sorry for your loss my friend .
Your loss is also our loss !
The jiu-jitsu community will miss his talent on the mats !
Rest In Peace young brother ,prepare the mats for us,we will meet soon !

The athlete Paulo Melo Jr. came in straight from Brazil to have some very tough fights at our tournament facing really good competitors that gave mister Melo a run for his trophies and medals !
