The Level 1 Coach Course (formerly L200) focuses on player welfare and the technical skills to play safely – specifically the tackle and the scrum. The course requires coaches to demonstrate effective coaching techniques, taught in the course including teaching through games, technical skill development through progressions, and collaborative coaching.

We’re grateful to have been part of this year’s Louisiana High School State Rugby Championships.

Thank you to the players, coaches, and supporters who brought energy, passion, and respect to every match. It’s a privilege to step on the field and help facilitate competition at this level, and we appreciate the effort and sportsmanship shown throughout the weekend.

We’re proud to support the game and contribute to an environment where athletes can compete at their best. Congratulations to all the teams who competed and represented their schools so well.

We look forward to continuing to serve the rugby community in the seasons ahead.
