Client spotlight: Robert Linder and I first met in 2019 when I was working in a physical therapy clinic. When covid shut us down and chuck and I first started Ellison Fitness Rob was our first client. We honestly wouldn't be where we are without Rob's encouragement and support.
Over the last 7 years we have worked through his 2 hip replacements, knee replacement, and a spinal surgery. He is so much stronger today than the day I met him (a lot leaner too).
Thank you Rob for trusting me with your fitness journey!
