🎣🏕️ WHAT AN AMAZING WEEKEND AT TGL ADVENTURES! ❤️🌲

We had the absolute pleasure of hosting an incredible group of kids from Huntsville Learning Center this weekend, and let me tell you, these kids were AWESOME!

They spent the weekend camping, fishing, making memories, and enjoying everything the great outdoors has to offer!

And apparently, we had a couple of professional fishermen in the bunch! 😂🎣 One young lady caught 13 FISH, and another caught 6 FISH! 🐟🐟 I think they might need to come back and teach the rest of us a thing or two!

But what impressed us the most wasn’t the fishing. It was these kids themselves. Every single one was so well-mannered, respectful, and polite. Just an absolutely wonderful group of young people!

There’s something special about seeing kids put down the electronics, get outside, enjoy nature, and make memories they’ll carry with them for years to come. ❤️

A HUGE THANK YOU to Huntsville Learning Center for choosing TGL Adventures for your weekend getaway! It was truly a pleasure having every one of you here.

We can’t wait to welcome y’all back for another adventure! And next time, we might have to hold a fishing tournament! 😂🎣

🍂🛶 THAT’S A WRAP ON THE 2026 KAYAK SEASON AT TGL ADVENTURES! 🛶🍂

As we officially close out another season on the beautiful Flint River, I want to take a minute to say THANK YOU! ❤️

To every single person who came out and floated with us, camped with us, stayed in one of our domes, attended an event, or simply stopped by to say hello — THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART!

2026 definitely had its share of challenges. Mother Nature wasn’t always on our side, and running a small business isn’t always sunshine and smooth water. But through the rainy days, the long hours, and everything in between, you all gave us a reason to keep pushing forward.

We’ve met some amazing people, made new friends, welcomed back familiar faces, and watched families make memories right here on the Flint River. That’s what TGL Adventures has always been about — getting outside, slowing down, enjoying life, and making memories with the people who matter most.

I also want to give a huge shoutout to everyone who helped keep things running behind the scenes. From hauling kayaks and running shuttles to keeping this place going on the busiest days, I couldn’t have done it without you!

And to everyone who chose to spend their hard-earned money supporting our little piece of paradise in Brownsboro, Alabama — please know how much that means to me. You could have spent your time and money anywhere, but you chose TGL, and that’s something I’ll never take for granted.

Although our kayak season has come to an end, TGL Adventures isn’t going anywhere! We still have our beautiful dome rentals, camping, and plenty of opportunities to enjoy this special place throughout the year.

Here’s to the friendships made, the laughs shared, the memories created, and hopefully many more adventures ahead!

Thank you for being part of the TGL family and making the 2026 season one to remember.

🌧️ SATURDAY’S MOVIE NIGHT IS CANCELED 🌧️

Unfortunately, with heavy rain expected Saturday and Saturday night, we’ve made the decision to cancel our outdoor movie night at TGL Adventures this Saturday, October 10th.

We were really looking forward to Hotel Transylvania by the river, but Mother Nature apparently had other plans for us this weekend! ☔️😂

With the amount of rain in the forecast, we feel it’s best to make the call early so everyone can plan accordingly. Your safety comes first, and an outdoor movie, a big screen, and heavy rain just don’t mix!

🎃 Don’t worry—we’re not giving up on the fun! We’ll be looking at another date and will let everyone know as soon as we get something figured out.

Thank you to everyone who was planning to come spend the evening with us. We appreciate your understanding and support!
