Every baseball player aims to play at the next level, but how do you get there?
It’s not enough to get by on talent alone; it takes work.
Enhancing your baseball performance starts with a great off-season strength and speed program.
SPEED TRAINING: $30 per session (Pay weekly or monthly)
· 60 Minutes Sessions
· No more than 4 athletes in a group
· Work on rotational power, 1st step quickness, vertical/broad jump, acceleration, and top speed
LIFTING MEMBERSHIP: $75/Monthly
You’ll Receive
· Gym Membership
· Baseball Specific Lifting Program, which you can follow through an app
· Strength Coach in the weight room to spot you, teach you the program, watch your form, and keep you accountable every week
Times & Days
· Open lifting hours are: Mon-Thurs 3-8 PM
· 60 Minutes Sessions
· Lift 2, 3, or 4 times a week according to your availability and your program
